Every role is fully remote. We have hubs in the US, UAE, and Pakistan, and engineers work in the timezone that fits the client and their life. You'll never be asked to relocate to join the pool.
An application review, a relaxed intro call, a real-world technical assessment graded by senior engineers, and a live problem-solving session. The whole process usually wraps up within 2–3 weeks, and we give feedback at each stage.
You join our vetted bench. When a client engagement matches your stack, seniority, and timezone, we introduce you. You're never obligated to take a match that isn't right, and we handle contracts, equipment, and onboarding.
Rates are transparent and benchmarked to your seniority, agreed before any engagement starts. You're paid reliably and on time for every active engagement, with no surprise deductions.
